I know you haven't, but it is against the law. Even with parental consent, you cannot be on this site. The cops are not going to come and take away your computer, but the staffers of DA could get in trouble.
It's because there is a lot of freaks on a "social networking site" and a site like DA is no different. The government put in place this thing called COPPA to help protect younger people such as yourself. COPPA stands for "Childrens Online Privacy Protection" and under it, you are still a child. That, and some of the art on this site, even some of the stuff without the filters, is not appropriate for people under 13.

It still doesn't matter, you cannot be 12 on this site. Also, because you made another account, or "ban evaded" you are now going to get banned for that.
If, when you do turn thirteen, you want to make another account, that's cool. I don't know if that would be counted as ban evading since you just joined as a 13 year old. It would appear more mature, to wait until you were thirteen and then make another account, and I do not think the admins will take action if someone reports that account as a ban evade account.
They typically don't ban ban evasion accounts like that, they will on this current one, but probably not on your next one. They usually ban ban evasion accounts when people are using them to harass others, or in your case, get out of a justified banned. So, in other words, this account will be banned, which is justifiable, but your next one (assume you start it when you are 13), should not be banned for ban evading. That would be stupid.
